It is CMR International (UK) Firearms & Accessories firm commitment that our customers receive full satisfaction with their purchases & dealings with us. Our high standard will permit nothing less. If a customer is dissatisfied after visual* inspection for any valid reason, a full refund less packing & posting will be made, subject to the safe ** return in the same condition as sent WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT. All firearms are inspected and tested before leaving our premises.
* Visual Inspection: Unused or fired (All firing pin heads have a specially coated seal/broken only when fired).
** Return by: UPS (insured) or Royal Mail (Registered Plus) 1st Class.
Worldwide International Shipping: All orders shipped by Air. Items under 2kg are shipped by Royal Mail International Signed for - 5/10 days delivery. Orders over 2kg are shipped via Parcel Force International Standard - 5/10 days delivery. Items over 2kg if requested can be shipped at a reduced rate by surface - minimum 28 day delivery.
During the normal course of business we aim to have all items delivered within a 7 day time period. However, please note in busier peak periods such as late summer and Christmas this turn around time may increase. Please allow up to 30 days.
Buyer must inspect package upon delivery satisfy themselves that all the contents have been delivered and are free from physical defects prior to accepting delivery.
Firearms Shipped via. Government Approved Firearms Carriers direct to Registered Firearms Dealer or FFL Dealer only. Please phone us for details of shipping.
Firearms and ammunition exported to the USA are subject to restrictions and import permits approved by the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF). Applications to import may be made only by or through a licensed importer, dealer, or manufacturer. Weapons, ammunition, or other devices prohibited by the National Firearms Act will not be admitted into the United States unless specifically authorized by ATF.
Although we offer a world wide export scheme, and trust & rely on the various delivery systems used to work properly, it must be understood that items are sent entirely at the customer's own risk. We will package the items well to prevent damage, and obtain all relevant despatch documents etc, but in the event of a parcel being lost or damaged in transit we will not be liable for such a loss. Insurance, to the limits quoted by the delivery company involved, against loss or damage is included in our quoted delivery prices but offers only minimal cover.
All orders within the UK shipped via. Royal Mail Registered or Parcel Force.
UK Mainland - Deactivated weapons are delivered within the UK Mainland by Parcel Force 48hr service. Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Ireland - Deactivated weapons are delivered to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Ireland at the prices stated by Parcel Force 5 day service. We do not sell or export deactivated weapons outside the United Kingdom & Ireland.
While every effort is made to maintain the listed prices, international currency fluctuations and the increasing scarcity of some items may not make this possible.
Methods of Payment
We accept Mastercard/Visa/Maesto/Switch - We do not accept International Money Orders or any other. We charge a 3% surcharge on all credit/debit card transactions.
All payments will be taken in British Pounds (?) Sterling. Please note that we are unable to despatch goods to any person other than the cardholder or to any address other than that of the cardholder.
Returned goods or cancelled orders incur 10% restocking fee. Prior Authorisation from us is required in the unlikely event of goods having to be returned.
Many of the items on our website have an individual photograph attached however, some items which we hold large quantities of have a photograph shown for illustration purposes only and the actual item supplied may vary slightly from the photograph shown. If you need a photograph of a specific item please e-mail us.
We export our specialised shooting products and accessories worldwide without due hindrances. However it is the buyers responsibility to make themselves aware of any restrictions in there own country prior to purchasing from us.
Firearms (non-deacts or demilled) are sold only to those who hold the appropriate licence to obtain such.

European Firearms Pass
If you want to move firearms around Europe, there is a European Union Directive (Council Directive 91/477/EEC of 18 June 1991) on the control of the acquisition and possession of weapons. It announced a pass, intended to facilitate the free movement of hunters and marksmen in the Community.
According to this directive A European firearms pass is issued by the authorities of a member state to any person lawfully entering into possession of and using a firearm. The pass must always be in the possession of the person using the firearm or firearms listed on it. The arrangements for the acquisition and possession of ammunition shall be the same as those for the possession of the firearms for which it is intended.
